THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

Due to their ongoing success and a busy events calendar they are looking for an Event Executive to come on board and support the business through their peak summer months

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with the delivery of a range of events

• Assisting with research and proposals

• Booking hotels and arranging travel

• Researching venues

• Liaising with suppliers

• Creating loads and equipment lists

• Registering and managing delegates

• Providing general events support and administration

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have had exposure to working on events previously and ideally have had experience with delegate registration and travel / accommodation booking. Candidates must have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple projects. University students looking for work across the summer will also be considered.
