THE COMPANY
This great new opportunity is for an established full service events agency based in their vibrant Buckinghamshire offices. With a high international presence, this agency continues to win new business and work with a variety of blue chip clients. Working across multiple sectors including automotive, financial services and telecommunications to name a few they deliver a broad range of events including incentives, press launches and conferences both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE
Due to continued success and the recent win of a new account they are now looking to take on board a number of Project Executives to work across the board on one of their prestigious client accounts!
A broad role responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the events team across a variety of events
*Researching costs to support with proposals
*Supporting with event materials including event documentation and equipment
*Assisting with logistics including travel and accommodation booking
*Working closely with internal teams including delegate registration teams
*Administrative support
*Supplier and DMC management and liaison
*Management of smaller scale projects
*Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must have experience of supporting on events, ideally gained from working within an event agency although other backgrounds will be considered. Candidates must have previously supported with logistics including travel and accommodation booking and be confident liaising with suppliers. Candidates must be used to working in fast paced environment and have excellent organisation and administration skills. Any exposure to working on events in the automotive sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Recent graduates who have also completed a 1 year's placement will also be considered but most importantly is the drive and ambition to succeed!
Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to support at events!
