THE ROLE

As part of their on-going success, the opportunity for an Event Executive has arisen to join their close-knit, passionate team and support on the delivery of the events both UK and internationally.

Responsibilities are broad and include:

• Assisting the events team on a variety of events across the year

• Venue sourcing and supporting with information for proposals

• Delegate management including dealing with enquires

• Registering delegates on-site

• Booking travel and accommodation when necessary

• Supplier liaison

• Managing your own smaller projects from end to end

• Administration duties including managing and updating databases

• Supporting with budgets and cost tracking

• Supporting with on-site delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience within an events setting, ideally from within an agency and will have supported across a broad range of events. Experience of venue sourcing, delegate management and logistics would be ideal but more importantly is someone with the drive and enthusiasm to join this agency and progress their career. Experience within the automotive sector would definitely be an advantage but is not a necessary requirement. Recent graduates who have completed a year's placement will also be considered!
