THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and exciting new business wins there is now a great opportunity for an Event Executive to join their close-knit team and work on a broad range of events across the year! Responsibilities will include:
Assisting across the board with event delivery
Taking the lead on events for one specific account (training will be given here)
Managing client contact
Logistics management including arranging kit and equipment delivery
Travel and accommodation booking
Supplier liaison and management
Delegate management including dealing with enquires and registering delegates on-site
Event administration
Supporting with on-site delivery
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience within an events setting, ideally with an agency and will have supported across a broad range of events. Experience of running your own events end to end would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be client facing and have excellent attention to detail. Candidates must also be able to drive and have access to a car as they will be required to travel onsite to manage events. Most importantly candidates need to have the drive and enthusiasm to progress their career within events and to join a leading agency where they can really go places!
