THE ROLE
There is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Executive to come on board and support across the board with their busy calendar of international events. A broad role responsibilities include:
Supporting with the organisation and delivery of international events
Supporting with proposals
Venue sourcing
Delegate management and registration
Booking travel and accommodation
Supporting with the production of on-site materials
Delegate management and registration
Supplier management and liaison
Event administration including managing and updating databases
Budget management including putting together costings
Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience within an events setting, ideally with an agency but all backgrounds will be considered. Exposure to supporting with elements including venue sourcing, delegate management, travel and accommodation booking and liaising with suppliers would be ideal and any exposure of dealing directly with clients would be an added benefit. Candidates must have meticulous attention to detail and most importantly have the drive and enthusiasm to progress their career within events and to join a leading agency where they can really go places!
Candidates must also be open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to support with the events.
