THE COMPANY
This great new opportunity is for an established full service events agency based in their vibrant Buckinghamshire offices. With a high international presence, this agency continues to win new business and work with a variety of blue chip clients. Working across multiple sectors including automotive, financial services and telecommunications to name a few they deliver a broad range of events including incentives, press launches and conferences both across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE
Due to their continued success they are now looking to take on board a Project Executive to work on of one their prestigious client accounts!
A broad role responsibilities will include:
Writing up instruction manuals for events
Utilising their copy writing skills
Supporting the events team across a variety of events
Supporting with event materials including event documentation and equipment
Assisting with logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Working closely with internal teams including delegate registration teams
General administration
Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must be confident in their copy writing skills and hold experience in supporting on logistics including travel and accommodation booking and be confident liaising with suppliers. Candidates must be used to working in fast paced environment and have excellent organisation and administration skills. Any exposure to working on events would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Recent graduates who have also completed a 1 year's placement will also be considered but most importantly is the drive and ambition to succeed!
