THE ROLE

Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity for an Events Executive to come on board and support across a variety of events.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting on pitches
* Venue sourcing
* Delegate communication and management
* Hotel liaison and negotiation
* Supplier management
* Event administration and preparation of materials
* Onsite support across the UK and internationally
* Budget management and cost tracking

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience within an event agency and have a proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience of client and supplier liaison is key as is the ability to manage travel and accommodation logistics. Any exposure to working on GDS systems including Amadeus would be added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to international travel.
