THE ROLE
As Event Executive, you be responsible for supporting the events team and assist in the delivery across a volume of high quality, exciting projects!
Overall responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Client liaison
Venue sourcing and assisting with proposals
Supplier and stakeholder liaison
Liaising closely with internal teams
On-site support
Working within budgets
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have proven experience of supporting an events team across the board on portfolio of events, preferably within an agency environment. Experience of venue finding is key, as is the confidence to be client facing. As this role offers the flexibility to be creative, we are looking for candidates who aren't afraid to think outside the box!
