THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and a rapidly expanding events calendar for 2019 there is a now a need for a Events and Sales Executive to come on board and deliver a broad range of events across the year. A varied role responsibilities will include:

Receiving and responding to incoming enquires into the venue

Upselling the events space and offerings of the venue

Conducting show arounds

Producing proposals and costings to convert enquires

Working closely with internal teams to ensure the availability of events space and delivery of the events

Managing and delivery a range of events within the venue

Managing internal departments and external suppliers including AV and caterers

Strengthening and developing relationships

Ensuring all event documentation including invoicing

Managing events onsite

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this position candidates must have previous experience of delivering all elements of an event from initial enquiry through to delivery. Ideally this will be gained from working within a venue environment however other backgrounds will be considered. Experience of London venues would be beneficial as would experience of dealing with incoming enquires and converting these.

Most importantly you must have great planning and communications skills and have the confidence and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
