THE COMPANY

This well established, award-winning agency is working with clients on a truly global scale delivering a huge variety of projects for an exceptional variety of premium-brand - events can range including international projects such as conferences, product launches and roadshows to gala dinners and incentives for clients in automotive and technology sectors amongst others. As part of a wider communications and employee engagement agency, there is a really robust career plan for anyone joining them and due to ongoing success we now have multiple roles available.

THE ROLE

Working within the events team we are looking for an experienced Event Manager / Project Manager to join this ever growing agency and work on a wide range of their client's events. Not only will you be involved in the end to end delivery but integral in the concept and overall creation around the events

Working closely with the Head of Events and as part of a close knit team the roles include:

* Initial brief taking from client or account teams
* Venue finding and destination research
* Attending fam trips and site visits
* Budget management and costings
* Negotiating with 3rd party suppliers
* Managing multiple events at one time
* On-site event management
* Post-event de-brief

THE CANDIDATE

We are keen to speak to candidates who have experience in an events agency delivering projects from concept to completion, with a second to none destination knowledge and the ability to juggle multiple events at one time! Incentives, conferences and complex events would be ideal as well as a client-centric approach and the ability to take a strategic view on a project.
