THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Event Manager to join their live logistics team and work on the delivery of UK and international events for some of their high profile clients. This is a broad role and your responsibilities will include:

Delivering on a range of events
End to end event management including full logistics
Ensuring projects are on time and within budget and brief
Working closely with internal teams
Ensuring communication across departments and with clients on timelines
Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames
Budget management and reconciliation
On-site event management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role at an event agency or med coms company, with a good understanding of pharmaceutical event delivery. Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events from end to end including full logistics and budget management and any exposure to international projects would be an added benefit but is not essential for this role.
