THE COMPANY

Well established in the industry, this PR and events agency have developed a brilliant client base of globally recognised automotive, motorsport and luxury brands. The events span across the UK and overseas and include press launches, product launches, ride and drives and conferences to name a few!

Due to on-going success, there is now the opportunity to become part of their Midlands team as an Event Manager. This is a fabulous opportunity to join an established agency and take the lead across a range of UK and international projects.

THE ROLE

Client facing, you will have the opportunity to work across and exciting mix of events from the initial event concept through to on-site management.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client liaison

• Interpreting client pitches

• Creating proposals

• Venue sourcing

• Delegate registration

• Supplier liaison

• Travel and accommodation logistics

• Budget management

• On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have experience in managing multiple events, ideally within an agency environment. Candidates must have a production understanding including the ability to liaise with technical and staging suppliers. Any additional exposure of working within the automotive industry will also be beneficial although is not essential.

Candidates will need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills. Most importantly however is a passion for events and a desire to work within the industry!
