This fully integrated agency is known for delivering some of the most creative projects, including experiential, activation, PR, social, digital, events and exhibition projects across the globe.

Their fantastic reputation and extensive in house expertise has enabled them to develop an enviable client list across sporting, automotive, energy and retail sectors to name a few.

THE ROLE

Our client is now looking for an Event Manager to join this close knit team. Reporting into the Client Services Director and Logistics Director, this role will be integral to delivering a programme of work for the client and will lead on a diverse range of projects, from high-profile media launches to international drive programmes.

The role will have a client facing element so effective relationship building is a key requirement and will include:

Creating, planning and delivering events across the year
Initial brief taking and proposal writing
Full logistics including delegate registration
Supplier management and negotiation
Managing and maintaining client relationships
On site management
Budget management and reconciliation
Supporting Event Executives

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have strong commercial management skills and have experience in consolidating project costs and budgetary control. You'll also be required to follow through with on-site delivery including overseas, occasionally 4+ weeks so will need a willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours and be open to global travel!

If you have strong knowledge of the events and exhibitions industry particularly launches, drive events, incentive travel and sponsorship events and experience of delegate management systems then we need you!
