THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Manager to come on board and take the lead on events across their client base. A broad role responsibilities will include:

* Managing events from initial concept through to delivery
* Preparing event proposals
* Implementing project timelines and meeting deadlines
* Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
* Delegate management and registration
* Liaising and negotiating with AV suppliers, hotels and DMC's
* Budget management and reconciliation
* Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background of running events from initial brief through to financial reconciliation including full logistics, supplier management and onsite support. This could be gained either from working within an agency, med coms company or client side and any exposure of working within the healthcare sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be required to go onsite to manage the events.
