THE ROLE

Due to their on-going success there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events across the year. Working as part of a team, as well as taking ownership of your own events responsibilities are broad and include:

• End to end event management for a range of events (both in the UK and overseas)

• Full logistics including travel and accommodation booking

• Delegate registration and management (Cvent)

• Working closely with internal teams including creative and production

• Supplier liaison and negotiation

• Onsite management

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal background would be someone currently working within a similar role within an event agency. Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events including conferences from end to end including full logistics and budget management. Experience of using Cvent is essential and exposure to international projects and working with clients in the technology and IT sectors would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role
