Dedicated in raising awareness across the UK to increase health and fitness, the team have developed an engaging events programme that is delivered nationwide. Working with global brands and government departments, the team are dedicated in making a successful impact.
An integral aspect of their events calendar is focused on delivering various award ceremonies and conferences nationwide. Due to their complexity and on-going popularity, the team are now on the look out to bring on board a dedicated Awards Manager to deliver and manage their awards programme.
THE ROLE
As Awards Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams to ensure the swift delivery of large scale projects across the UK.
Overall responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Venue liaison
Overseeing the selection and management of judging panels
Managing entry processes
Liaising with internal teams including assisting with sponsorship management
Speaker management
Overseeing junior team members
Budget management
On-site management
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will need to have proven experience of providing end - end management of events, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation. Experience of delivering multiple awards and conferences is crucial. Candidates need to be highly organised due to the volume projects being delivered across the calendar year and ensuring each of their objectives are met.
