The coolest venue within the technology event space is seeking both event managers and sales co-ordinators to join their busy in-house events team!

THE COMPANY

Run by a high end events agency, the newest kid on the block when it comes to co-working space has opened in London and we are recruiting both sales and event roles within the space. Able to hold events for up to 200 pax as well as smaller more intimate meetings; this venue also houses businesses looking for co-working space and is focused solely within the technology sector. Having had huge global success, the first UK venue has just opened it's doors and is already brimming with bookings and busier than ever!

THE ROLES

We are now on the hunt for ambitious and driven event and sales executives to join the team and be part of something fantastic. As a newly created team the roles will evolve and it is crucial that we find the right candidates who are ready for an exciting high speed journey.

The roles will cover the following

* Taking an initial enquiry from the client
* Conducting show arounds of the venue and event space
* Putting together costings for the proposal
* Securing the venue bookings and negotiating rates
* Leading the planning for events
* Liaising with in house catering AV and suppliers
* Running events on-site including client management

THE CANDIDATE

The background of the perfect candidate would be someone who has worked both within an events agency delivering events for technology clients, and also has some experience of working in a venue. Strong event logistics and project management skills, as well as reactive sales experience and the ability to covert business is also key. More importantly a positive attitude and a fast paced working style is essential to be able to get stuck into this new venture!
