Fantastic opportunity for an Event Manager to lead on a range of national and international events!

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an experienced Event Manager to come on board and join their busy, close knit events team. A broad role responsibilities include:

  • End to end management

  • Venue research and selection (including site visits)

  • Supplier selection, management and negotiation, including managing all AV and production

  • Logistics management including travel, transfers and accommodation booking

  • Delegate management

  • Ensuring events are ABPI compliant

  • Ensuring standards are maintained and approval processes adhered to across the team

  • Speaker liaison and management

  • Managing the print and design of all event materials

  • Stakeholder management

  • Onsite management

  • Budget management and reconciliation

  • Line management and development of a team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in end to end event management including working with suppliers, managing logistics and budget reconciliation. This experience will be gained ideally from an event agency, med comms company or corporate company and ideally candidates will have had exposure to working within the pharmaceutical sector previously, with a strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance for events.

Candidates must be open to international travel as onsite management of the events will be required.
