As a global events agency our client will manage large-scale meetings, conferences, product launches and incentive trips throughout the world!

They have a wide range of clients across various sectors, from auto to pharmaceutical and they create a customised approach that delivers excellent results

THE ROLE

Due to continual growth and development of the agency there is now the opportunity to join this dynamic and exciting team and assist in all of the pre-planning of UK based pharma events. You will get involved in the end to end project management including on site with key duties to include:

* Taking the client brief
* Costing the logistics for the proposal
* Negotiating with suppliers
* Booking flights, accommodation and transport
* Liaising with the venue
* Overseeing the delegate management
* Managing the event budget
* Leading the project team on-site
* Main client contact throughout

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have delivered their own meetings, dinners, team build and incentives end to end from within an agency environment and be confident in their ability to lead an event from concept to completion.

Experience in HCP meetings and a good understanding of ABPI is a must for this role
