THE COMPANY

Our client is a boutique creative event agency based in Yorkshire specialising in bespoke and beautiful private and corporate events throughout the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Events Manager looking to join an exciting and dynamic agency. Working with a range of corporate and high profile private clients, events will include gala dinners and balls, weddings, luxury parties and more.

THE ROLE

The role requires someone who is able to think creatively, work proactively and understand all areas of events from venues, supplier management, design and production through to meeting clients, writing proposals and producing and managing budgets. Responsibilities will include:

Attending client meetings to take initial briefs
Preparing, producing detailed proposals
Creation and management of budgets
Creating project plans and critical timelines for events
Specifying and managing production and technical requirements
Supplier management including selection, negotiation and contracts
On-site management
Overseeing junior and freelance events staff

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is currently working in an event management role within an event agency, managing multiple events and dealing with high end, external clients. You will be passionate, hard-working, and really dedicated to helping push forward the organisation's growth.
