Our client are a boutique agency, who are expanding their client base day by day. They deliver a wide variety of events, including product launches, exhibitions and live events to some of the biggest names around. Their broad range of clients includes those within technology, household, sports and much more!

They pride themselves on their ability to deliver their customers the best possible service, making them the go to agency for many prestigious brands!

THE ROLE

Due to continued success, they are now looking for an enthusiastic, loyal and hardworking Event Manager to join their team. You will have exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities so no two days will be the same!

In this role, you should expect to be:

Delivering projects both in the UK & worldwide
Taking initial briefs from clients and developing ideas
Creating client proposals
Negotiating with external suppliers
Preparing documentation for both clients and external suppliers
Quoting and budgeting for projects
Managing events onsite, including internationally

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a solid background in the end to end delivery of events and will preferably have handled events and logistics worldwide. You must be a team player, have a real passion for events and the desire to grow your knowledge and career!
