THE ROLE

With continued success and growth, this agency are looking for an Event Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for taking clients briefs and managing projects from concept through to on-site delivery and will be given the opportunity to work with a range of clients, and manage a wide range of events from corporate, live and experiential. A broad role responsibilities include:

• Building and developing client relationships

• Taking briefs from clients and understanding their requirements

• Attending client meetings and presenting new ideas and concepts

• Overseeing and managing event logistics

• Sourcing and managing suppliers

• Maintaining project timeframes and budgets

• Managing and reporting on budgets

• Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience working within an events agency, either as a Project Manager, Event Manager or Account Manager. Senior Event Executives taking a step up will also be considered. You must have proven experience in managing multiple events simultaneously, have strong communication skills and have the ability build strong client relationships.
