THE COMPANY

They provide a unique and creative approach to all of the events they deliver which span both UK wide and internationally. These can include conferences, incentives, awards ceremonies and team building to name a few!

Due to on-going success, they are now looking for an experienced Event Manager to come on board and deliver across their growing incentive department.

THE ROLE

As Event Manager, you will be confident client facing and have heavy involvement in developing compelling proposals, liaising with DMC's, creating delegate itineraries through to on-site management.

Your responsibilities will be broad but include:

• Client liaison

• Managing incoming enquires

• Developing proposals and pitching

• Liaising with international venues and DMC's

• Strong destination knowledge

• Travel and accommodation logistics

• On-site management

• Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate needs to have a proven background of delivering international incentives, within an event agency environment. Candidates must have strong destination knowledge and experience in creating proposals and pitching back.
