THE ROLE

Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Event Manager to join their team and be responsible for the overall delivery of a range of live and virtual events.

The Event Managers key duties will include;

• Delivering a variety of events across live and virtual
• Contract management and negotiation
• Managing virtual platform companies and suppliers
• Choosing the best virtual platform to suit event needs
• Working to budgets and deadlines
• Planning and scheduling events
• Liaising with internal teams
• Tendering and negotiation with suppliers
• Continuing event management on site/ in studio
• Analysing and reporting on the post event

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have similar experience gained from working with healthcare/ pharmaceutical events and have a proven background of managing their own events, both live and virtual, from brief through to delivery.
