A unique and exciting opportunity for an Event Operations Executive to join an iconic, unique and well-known venue in London!
Based in West London, this unique and unusual venue has a venue hire capacity ranging from 400 - 1500 with two levels of multi-functional space. They have organised and hosted a range of events from conferences, dinners, receptions, parties and launch events for private and corporate clients.
Offering a consultative service they strive for high standards and excellence at all times for every client. They pride themselves on having a fantastic venue and an experienced events team flexible enough to carter for all types of events.
This interesting venue is now looking for an Event Operations Executive to join their team and play a key role in delivering a range of events including product launches, dinners, conferences, fashion shows and private parties.
As the Event Operations Executive you will be responsible for;
- Planning and delivering a range of events
- Conducting site visits with clients a suppliers
- Working closely with sales teams
- Account managing clients to ensure repeat bookings
- Developing and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Managing the event, including supplier set up and load out
- On site management
To be considered for the Event Operations Executive role you must come with similar experience from within a venue or hotel. Experience of operational event management and great client management skills will allow you to hit the ground running.
Most importantly you must have great planning and communications skills and have the confidence and ability to work under pressure.
