THE ROLE

There is now an exciting opportunity for an Event Producer to join their team where you will be a point of contact for clients and take responsibility for ensuring that all events are delivered within the client's expectations, budgets and timeframes.

This is your chance to work across a range of events including product launches, large-scale conferences, award shows, gala dinners and exhibitions.

As an Event Producer your key responsibilities will include;

  • Building and developing strong client relationships
  • Interrogating clients brief
  • Brainstorming ideas and putting together quotations
  • Working on pitch documents
  • Presenting ideas back to the client
  • Briefing and managing internal teams
  • Sourcing and managing external suppliers
  • Managing and reporting on budgets
  • Overseeing all areas of delivery - ensuring it always meets the brief
  • Preparing production schedules, critical paths and running orders
  • Sourcing and managing freelancers
  • Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Porducer role you must have working within an agency where you have managed events from start to finish. It is important that you have strong client facing experience and experience in managing events including conferences, award shows and gala dinners.
