The Role:
Due to unprecedented growth and a shift towards handling more strategic and complex projects, we are looking for a highly skilled Event Producer to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of diverse corporate events and communications programs, managing them from ideas and content development to execution and visualization of complex messages.
As the Event Producer, you will be the lead on specific projects, interacting with client teams of different levels of seniority. You will provide a one-stop-shop for clients , creating clarity and building energy for the initiatives that matter. The ideal Event Producer will have deep engagement in the client's story and great attention to detail managing execution across multiple touchpoints and mediums. We are seeking an Event Producer who can apply their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial culture with flexible working practices deeply embedded.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading onsite and virtual events from planning to execution.
- Developing content and managing creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message
- Building and maintaining solid partnerships with internal clients.
- Liaising with internal studio teams such as; graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and video post-production.
- Researching and understanding key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, and competitive activity.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have worked in
communications and events and be able to walk through practical experience of projects, demonstrating their skill sets. Enthusiasm, energy, and people skills are essential.
You will have:
- Experience in a creative events role as a producer with expertise in one or more of our specialty areas (Live events, Exhibitions, Digital Content, 360 Brand Campaigns).
- Deep experience in project delivery, balancing time, cost and quality, and flexibility to evolving client needs.
- Experience working in extended teams (full time and freelance/part-time) and the ability to motivate and coordinate groups of people.
Critical skills include: Budget management , Client management , Project management (strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills).A BA/BSc in Events, Marketing, Communications, or similar is desirable.
