The Role

Due to continued growth they are looking for a motivated Event Production Manager to come on board and manage a range of projects end to end, being responsible for all elements including budgets, suppliers, crew, and on-site delivery and ensuring seamless execution at every stage.  Reporting to the Production Director, responsibilities  are broad and include:

• Managing projects end to end from initial concept through to execution
• Developing detailed production plans in collaboration with design       
• Creating schedules, show flows, and run sheets
• Conducting site visits and venue assessments
• Managing budgets with cost efficiency
• Scheduling and coordinating crews, suppliers, and logistics
• Overseeing on-site setup, rehearsals, live shows, and de-rig
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in real time
• Leading post-event reviews and improvements
• Onsite management

The Candidate

The ideal Event Production Manager will come with a proven background of managing a variety of live event production projects end to end. A solid technical understanding is key and exposure to delivering international projects is an added benefit. Candidates must be competent in managing multiple projects concurrently and strong client facing skills are essential. You’ll thrive in fast-paced environments, lead with confidence, and build strong relationships with suppliers, crews, and clients alike. Candidates must be open to international travel.
