RMG15611 - This is a unique and unmissable opportunity for an Events Production Manager to join a global motorsport business. Candidates must have fluency in a European language.

With offices across the globe, this exciting and growing business specialise in major sporting events within the motorsports industry. With in-house teams to including events, production, sponsorship, technology and marketing they will produce and deliver complex mass participation sporting events across the globe, including sponsorship events, outdoor events and pop-up events.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an Events Production Manager to join their team where you will be responsible for managing and coordination production services, working with venues and locations as well as ensuring all production elements are delivered on time and within budget. To be considered for this role you must speak a European language fluently; ideally Spanish, French or German.

This is a broad role and your key responsibilities will include;

  • Work with the Events and Production team

  • Putting together pre-production plans and schedules

  • Carrying out site visits and liaising with venues

  • Working with local councils and authorities

  • Sourcing and managing local suppliers and contractor

  • Ensuring all event documentation is up to date: H&S, Risk Assessments and Method Statements

  • Managing budgets

  • Overseeing install and managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Production Manager role, we are looking for candidates that have strong project management experience within the events industry, particularly candidates that have worked across large-scale outdoor events, temporary structures and pop-up events.

As stressed above we are looking for candidates that speak a European language fluently, due to the nature of this role you will be working with local suppliers, contractors and venues, internationally.
