THE COMPANY

This is a fabulous opportunity to join an established PR consultancy that specialises in automotive, motorsport and luxury brands!

THE ROLE

The clients are growing and the events team going strength to strength, which has led to a brand new opportunity for a client facing Event Executive to join their team and work on a range of large scale international projects.

The Event Executive will work closely with the team and get involved in:

Supporting Project Managers across a board range of events
Pitch support
Venue sourcing
Delegate registration
Supplier liaison
Travel and accommodation logistics
Ad hoc duties including database management
On-site support

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have an understanding of events and have worked in a supportive capacity previously.

Any additional exposure of working within the automotive industry will also be beneficial although is not essential.

Candidates will need to be organised and have excellent attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills. Most importantly however is a passion for events and a desire to work within the industry!
