As a long established, family run business, this successful agency offers an incredible culture and supportive environment for their teams to thrive within. With ongoing growth they are now looking for an Event Project Manager to join their busy team!

THE ROLE

As Event Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the full project management process of a variety of events from brief through to onsite delivery. Responsibilities will include:

-Taking ownership over your own events
-Managing the production of experiential, exhibition & corporate projects
-Liaising with clients directly to understand brief requirements
-Playing a key role in the creative process and pitching where necessary
-Driving project timelines and ensuring successful overall execution of the event
-Managing all internal and external resource
-Sourcing and managing suppliers
-Overseeing event delivery onsite
-Holding financial accountability for each project
-Leading Events Assistants from an administrative support perspective

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking candidates who have proven experience in leading the project management of large scale event delivery. An understanding into the creative and production process is key as is the ability to guide a project from briefing stages through to execution whilst also being client facing. Experience from an exhibition build or experiential (B2C) background would be preferred however candidates with a more corporate skill set (or a mix) may also be considered.
