THE ROLE
They are now looking for a confident and experienced Event Manager to join their expanding team, taking ownership of full event lifecycles and delivering high-profile events around the world. You’ll be involved in everything from initial brief through to onsite delivery, both internationally and virtually.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of logistics, including venue sourcing, hotel bookings, AV, catering, delegate travel and exhibitor coordination
- Planning and delivering a wide range of corporate events, including international incentive trips and business conferences
- Creating and managing proposals and event timelines
- Liaising with suppliers, managing budgets, and negotiating best rates
- Overseeing delegate registration and communication using platforms like Cvent and Swapcard
- Onsite delivery of events internationally, ensuring seamless experiences
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Managing speakers, exhibitors and stakeholders, including content collection and briefings
- Supporting the delivery of virtual and hybrid events
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a proactive Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding experiences. You’ll need:
- Previous experience in a similar Event Manager role, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end event logistics
- Experience with delegate management systems (e.g. Cvent or similar)
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with the confidence to lead communications and proposals
- A willingness and ability to travel internationally for site visits and event delivery
- Excellent attention to detail, budgeting, and supplier management
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
