THE ROLE
Due to continued growth there is now the opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to come on board and take ownership for marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events. A broad role responsibilities include:
• Taking ownership for the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across a portfolio of events
• Creating high impact campaigns that drive delegate ticket sales and commercial sponsorships
• Driving engagement within key delegate communities
• Working closely with the sales team to boost lead generation
• Exploring and identifying the best routes to market
• Building and strengthening internal and external relationships increasing exposure and adding value
• Working closely with sponsors to promote their presence and boost their ROI
• Conduct detailed post-campaign analysis
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Marketing Manager role the ideal candidate will have a solid and proven background of creating engaging marketing campaigns form concept to execution ideally gained from within a conference organiser setting. Candidates must be commercial savvy and create campaigns that drive demand and deliver measurable revenue growth. Candidate must have the ability to work on multiple events concurrently and any exposure to working within the defence sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. To be considered for this Marketing Manager role you must be a confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and building strong relationships at all levels.
