This is a fabulous opportunity to join an established PR consultancy that specializes in automotive, motorsport and luxury brands at an early stage in the expansion into the Midlands.

THE ROLE

The clients are growing and the events team going strength to strength, which has led to a brand new opportunity for a client facing Event Account Manager to join their team and work on a range of large scale international auto projects.

The Event Account Manager will be involved in the production of creative proposals and overseeing the delivery of high quality and large scale press events, high end meetings and other activities for global brands!

Working closely with the Event Director and mentoring an Event Executive the role is broad (no two days will ever be the same) and includes;

* Client contact - meeting and brief taking

* Budget management

* Supplier liaison and management

* Venue sourcing

* Delegate management

* Booking flights and accommodation

* Liaising with internal departments

* On site management and coordination

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing the logistical delivery of events from an agency perspective combined with a can do approach. Passion, drive and ambition are what this agency needs!
