They are currently recruiting for an event Project Manager to work within the events team delivering both UK and overseas events including conferences, incentive travel, advisory boards, congresses, investigator meetings and product launches across some of their key accounts.

THE ROLE
Managing each event from initial brief through to on site, this is a broad role where no two days will be the same. The range of duties will include:

  • Client liaison
  • Brief taking
  • Proposals and pitching to clients
  • Venue and supplier management
  • Delegate management
  • Budget management
  • On-site event management

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have experienced in delivering a range of corporate events from end to end and have a proven ability in managing and reconciling budgets. Strong communication skills and a dedication to a career in events are also essential.
