There is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to come on board and join their close knit team as an Event Registration / Database Manager.

THE ROLE

Due to their growth and success, the team are now seeking a Database Manager to come on board and work across a broad range of events for their high profile clients.

You will be involved in the management and delivery of all aspects of delegate management and logistics for projects with responsibilities to include:

All registration reporting including on-site registration

Being the main point of contact for all registration related issues

Managing delegate enquires and maintaining customer service

Liaising with the IT department regarding registration websites and web reporting sites

Working closely with third party suppliers including hotels and other vendors across multiple locations and time frames

Booking travel and accommodation

Managing appropriate confirmation documentations to all third party suppliers or internal support services involved with the project

Budget management including putting together costings

Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE

Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates who incredibly well organised, have excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Excel

Most importantly we are looking for candidates who show a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn within a fast paced environment.
