THE COMPANY

This company are highly experienced in the industry for providing bespoke registration solutions for a wide variety of trade shows and conferences. Due to their fantastic registration platforms, they work with a whole host of clients and have recently become part of a wider award winning group. Regardless of the client's requirements the team are dedicated in developing custom registration software that adapts to the needs of the clients and delegates attending.

There is now an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to come on board and join their close knit team as an Event Registration Manager.

THE ROLE

As Event Registration Manager, you will be client facing and have responsibility over the delivery of a variation of projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

*Liaising with exhibition and show organisers
*Working closely with other internal staff
*Overseeing project timelines
*Managing badge design and production
*Liaising with suppliers
*Organising staffing and logistics where required
*Briefing on-site registration teams

THE CANDIDATE

Due to the nature of this position, we are looking for candidates who incredibly well organised, confident in communicating with clients and fantastic attention to detail. Our client is very open to backgrounds however any delegate registration experience or exposure to systems such as Clarizen would be beneficial. Most importantly we are looking for candidates who show a passion for the industry and a willingness to learn within a fast paced environment.

*Due to the location of the offices, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to be considered for this role.
