Focusing mainly on the automotive sector they boast an impressive client list and pride themselves on their long standing relationships with their clients.

Due to their ongoing success and business growth they now have an exciting opportunity for an Event / Account Manager to join their team and focus on the delivery of events across their client base.

THE ROLE

Being the main point of contact for clients, the Event / Account Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:

*Building client relationships
*Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements
*Venue sourcing, including effective negotiation and contract details
*Supplier and stakeholder liaison
*Delivering effective delegate registration solutions
*Managing all guest communications and logistics
*Preparing and reconciling event budgets
*Ensuring smooth onsite delivery including management of staffing

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a proven background of delivering a range of international events from concept to completion. Candidates must be client facing and confident in managing and reconciling event budgets. Event agency experience and a background working with automotive clients would be beneficial however candidates from other events backgrounds will be considered.
