Renowned across the globe, this leading medical communications agency has established a strong pharmaceutical industry client base through offering a broad range of top quality services, engaging and communicating with top consultants and healthcare professionals on a wide range of medical topics.
The events team are committed to delivering exceptional global events including congress symposia, advisory boards, stand-alone meetings, training meetings, roadshows and product launches.
Due to their on-going success there is now the opportunity for a senior level Events Manager or Events Team Leader to join the team and play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery across their full list of activities.
Overall responsibilities will include:
Proposal writing and pitching
Overseeing and line managing the events team
Ensuring exceptional event delivery
Overseeing budgets and facilitating the reconciliation process
The ideal candidate should have experience in the pharma or medical communication industry and have proven experience of providing end-to-end management across multiple events, particularly within the healthcare sector. A background of delivering projects overseas is also highly desirable. Being able to line manage an events team is key, as is the confidence in being client-facing and managing key relationships.
