THE ROLE
This client has built an event app which truly enhances their clients' events. With exciting features to really engage and excite their audiences, it is continually being developed allowing client's to create bespoke designs to really give them the edge over competitors!
With a strong team of technology specialist who build and develop the app, they are now seeking a client facing Event Technology Manager to work with clients from the initial brief through to delivery to ensure they are getting the most out of the app.
This role includes:
*Taking a detailed brief from the client and understanding their key objectives
*Demonstrate the system to existing clients
*Advising the client and making suggestions of what they can do
*Putting together quotes for clients
*Manage budget for bespoke items
*Liaising with internal teams
*Working closely with technology team to convey the clients' needs
*Overall project management
*Onsite management
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and have a good knowledge of technology systems/ applications within events. You will also have a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and manage a project from conception through to completion.
