Events can range from meetings, exhibitions and conferences through to large-scale roadshows and experiential activations for some of the biggest brands in the world!
With in-house production, events, creative, digital, media and print, their team of experts deliver highly creative integrated events that win pitches and awards and put them at the cutting edge of the industry.
Due to new business wins and growth within the company, they are currently recruiting a Venue Finder to work alongside the agency's event management team.
The overall responsibility for the role will be handling their clients' venue finding enquiries, providing a consultative approach to fulfilling the client brief.
The role is varied and duties will include:
*Venue sourcing (throughout the UK and Overseas)
*Liaising with hotels and suppliers
*Coordinating and arranging site visits
*Attending FAM trips
*Preparing proposals - giving multiple venue options to the client
*Negotiating rates with venues
*Keeping updated on venue and industry trends
The ideal candidate will have good venue knowledge in the UK and worldwide as well as a knowledge of event organising and operations. If you have strong negotiation skills, good organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads then we need you!
