THE POSITION

We are currently seeking an Event Conference Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be an integral part of our tight-knit team, contributing to the planning and execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events.

Key responsibilities encompass:

• Collaborating closely with internal teams to provide support
• Assisting in proposal development and conducting event research
• Managing delegate communications and logistics
• Creating event-specific Excel spreadsheets and databases
• Overseeing and editing event registration websites
• Crafting delegate materials, including name badges and welcome kits 
• Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings
• Maintaining communication with suppliers and DMCs
• Supporting virtual events by disseminating pre-event information to participants • Handling on-site event management, including registration
• Assisting with budget oversight
• General event administration
• Contributing to post-event reporting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Applicants should possess strong interpersonal skills honed through prior experience in customer service or events-related positions. Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills are a must, coupled with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Prior event experience, particularly in delegate management and registration, would be a valuable asset. This role is also suitable for recent events management graduates with office experience.

Candidates must be open to international travel, as on-site event support may be required.
