THE COMPANY
This leading conference organiser is well established in the market and prides themselves on delivering a unique portfolio of specialised events including conferences, online market intelligence, awards and networking events. Focusing purely on emerging markets in the financial sector they place a particular focus on understanding the market and targeting specific industry trends. THE ROLE
Due to increased business and continued growth they are now looking to hire two new members of staff to join their dedicated and passionate team in London. Focusing on supporting the team across the board as well as facilitating meetings on site these roles are broad with responsibilities including:
*Supporting across the board with events
*Managing logistics including travel and accommodation booking
*Facilitating onsite meetings with attendees
*Liaising with supplier, sponsors and venues
*Liaising with internal teams
*Event administration including supporting with event documentation
*Onsite support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, past paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for events and a desire to join, and progress, with leading company is essential. Experience within the events sector would be ideal and any exposure to working on conferences would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Any exposure of working in a customer facing / front of house role would also be of benefit for this role.
Candidates must be open to international travel as you will be expected to support onsite with the events.
