The Role
As Events Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the companies entire event calendar.
Key responsibilities will include:
End to end management of corporate events including ownership of the flagship awards ceremony
Logistical and operational organisation of key event elements
Identification, selection and onboarding of key sponsors, partners and exhibitors
Development of sponsorship packages considering income generation
Collaboration with internal departments
Commercial responsibility for the event calendar and individual project budget management
Onsite management of events where required
Post event analysis and reporting
Line management of a team of 2 Event Planners
The Candidate
Candidates must have a solid event delivery skill set with proven experience within corporate events involving logistical, financial and operational management. The ideal candidate will have experience within a charitable organisation or industry association setting however other environments such as corporate, conference organiser and event agency may also be considered.
