RMG16027 - We are working with creative events agencies that are looking for an Events Producer to join their team and support in the delivery of a range of exciting, innovative and creative events.

THE AGENCY

Based in London, this growing events agency work with some of the world's leading brand names to create memorable experiences and entertainments through events and interactive campaigns. Working with a broad range of clients they work with clients including Google, Nokia John Lewis and Red Bull.

Delivering creative events including activations, immersive experiences, experiential, conferences and product launches across the UK and internationally.

Based in their London office, you will work within a close-knit and friendly team who have a work hard, play hard attitude. This agency prides themselves on their creativity, and has a hard-working and ambitious team.

THE ROLE

Due to expansion within the events team, they are looking for an Events Producer with a background in creative events to join their team. You will be an idea's person, who loves coming up with innovative and creative ideas as well as having strong attention to detail.

Working with the MD and Senior Events Producer your key responsibilities include;

• Managing client relationships
• Taking full responsibility of your own projects from brief through to delivery
• Inputting creative ideas and concepts
• Developing event themes and identities
• Producing proposals and presentations
• Briefing and managing internal creative and productions teams
• Sourcing, managing and negotiating with external suppliers including AV, entertainment and caterers
• Managing budgets
• Carrying of venue research (particularly for unique locations and venues!)
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Supporting on event schedules
• Managing events on-site

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Producer role you will have experience working as an Event Producer or Project Manager from within a creative event, experiential of production agency. You will have proven experience in managing your own events from brief through to delivery, whilst ensuring that the project is delivered on tie, within budget and to client's needs and expectations.

Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for candidates from a creative environment where you have worked on creative events.
