RMG15332 - We are looking for an Events Project Manager to join a global agency and support on venue finding services internationally.

This global agency specialises in travel management and they offer strategic meeting planning, full event management and venue finding as part of their core services.

With offices across the globe they deliver conferences, incentives, corporate travel programmes and sporting events for a wide range of client across the UK and internationally.

THE ROLE

Due to continued success within the business they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their events team. Working within their events them you will be involved with liaising with clients, sourcing venues across the UK and internationally, presenting proposals to clients as well as carrying out site visits.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days will be the same!

As a Project Manager your experience will include;

• Liaising directly with clients and managing enquiries
• Sourcing venues across the UK and overseas
• Negotiating rates with venues
• Accurately producing client proposals and presenting these back to clients
• Carrying out fam trips / site visits
• Attending tradeshows
• Using Cvent software
• Maintaining an accurate client and venue database

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Project Manager role you must have at least one years experience working within the events industry, ideally working within a venue finding role within an agency. We are looking for candidates that have destination and venue knowledge within the UK - any international experience is advantageous. It is important that you have strong communication skills and you can display high attention to detail.
