EVENTS WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN – TECHNICAL EVENTS

£25,000 - £30,000 + OVERTIME

We are working with a multi-discipline event production company who work across all facets of the live events industry for some fantastic clients on an international scale!
THE COMPANY
This organisation design, build, dress and drape several types of events such as conferences, launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, experiential and creative activations. They offer a vast breadth of experience and employ designers, visualisers, project managers, technicians, set builders, scenic artists, drape makers and dressers to deliver above and beyond their client’s expectations.
They pride themselves on being inventive and creative and everything they do starts with a concern for the aesthetic with an intention that every project, however large or small, looks brilliant.
THE ROLE
The business is now looking for an Events Warehouse Technician to help support event delivery and ensure all technical equipment is fit and ready for their events and productions.
Responsibilities for the Events Warehouse Technician include:
- Prep all equipment and de-prep for all productions and events.
- Ensure all equipment is stocked correctly and ready for dry hire.
- Load all equipment on to company vehicles.
- Utilize the company forklift and other heavy machinery as and when necessary.
- Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to at all times.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate for this Events Warehouse Technician role will ideally have some technical experience within a warehouse environment – preferably for an events / production related business. The business is open minded however and if you display transferable hands on skills, this could also work.
