THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion there is now a new and exciting opportunity for a Executive Producer to come on board and play a pivotal role, leading their exceptional, talented content production team! Heading up this team and working across their broad portfolio of clients this person will be key in both new business development, client management and operational delivery. A broad role responsibilities will include:

*Interpreting client briefs and key messages
*Creating engaging concepts including driving ideas for audience engagement
*Developing creative and engaging proposals and pitching for business
*Relationship management and development
*Working closely with and communicating effectively with internal teams including the Technical Production Team
*Overseeing the project through to delivery
*Team management and development
*Budget management and reconciliation, including accurate forecasting

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background of delivering complex large scale events from within an agency environment and be familiar with working with corporate clients, both in the UK and internationally. An in depth understanding of production is key and candidates must also have an interest in new technology and how this can be incorporated into events to drive engagement. Candidates must be able to understand a clients business and offer effective solutions that incorporate creativity and deliver results! A solid background in developing relationships and business is a must as is a strong commercial focus. More importantly however is someone who is passionate about live events and who has the drive and ambition to inspire and lead a team.

Candidates must be open to international travel. Any language skills would be beneficial but are not essential for this role.
