With a forward thinking and fresh approach to their work they are continuously looking for ways to develop and continue to hold their position as market leaders. As part of this continued journey they are now moving forward with the development of an immersive experience with a longer term plan to develop this further across the business.

THE ROLE

They are now looking for an ambitious and imaginative Executive Producer to come on board, initially to focus on the creation and delivery of their flagship immersive experience, but also to build and drive forward the longer term development of their immersive events division.

A broad and strategic role responsibilities will include:

Working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the initial project forward
Building an immersive events division and brand plan to support this
Taking overall financial responsibility for the project
Building a team to ensure creative delivery
Creating, ensuring and communicating project timelines
Confirmation of site and partnerships
Contract and deal negotiations with partners and service providers
Responsibility for wider areas including brand, marketing, production and sponsorship
Stakeholder management
Ensuring commercial viability of projects
Working with internal teams and external partnerships

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have previous experience of developing, delivering and managing large scale immersive experiences, ideally gained from working on permanent or semi-permanent installs / experiences or visitor attractions. Experience of operating at a senior level and working collaboratively with internal departments and external partners is essential as is a proven background of managing large scale complex projects. An excellent understanding of audience journey and engagement is key and must be coupled with strong commercial capabilities. Exposure of working for a major brand would be highly advantageous as would an understanding of the experiential field in a global context!
