THE ROLE

Due to business growth they are now recruiting for an Exhibition Project Manager to manage large accounts and blue chip clients across a number of stand builds at live healthcare events and exhibitions. The role will involve end to end project management in a client facing capacity whilst overseeing the build and interactive elements of the stands.

Key responsibilities include;

End to end project management of stand build
Taking client briefs and managing requirements throughout
Working closely with internal teams to manage the build process
Liaising with suppliers regarding technical elements of the stands
Overseeing digital content
Upselling services provided across the group
Managing teams onsite
Undertaking site inspections
Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for role you will be experienced in managing the build of exhibition stands with excellent knowledge of the build process and technical elements involved. Candidates will be considered from both event, production and build agencies as well as AV Hire companies.
